Where did the idea for your business come from?
I was searching for a great mascara and I found myself!
What is the first thing you do in the morning?
Listen to a Ted Talk or audible book, while eating and getting ready to hit the gym.
What does your work day look like and how do you maximize your productivity?
I am more of a mid-morning kind of gal. I have to use my to do list, as I am easily distracted. I can share my list if you would like. It really keeps me accountable.
How do you bring your great business ideas to the world to serve your clients?
Through my FB Business Page, Instagram, and my own website.
What is one trend in business that excites you?
The ability to reach women around the globe through social media. I have friends all over the world.
What is one strategy that helped you grow your business?
Getting clear on my ideal client, my ideal business partner and quarterly sitting down and analyzing what worked, what didn't and what's next.
What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?
I did not know how to manage money and I dug a very deep hole for myself and my family.
I got brutally honest with myself and began to seek the knowledge to be a financially responsible business owner.
Today I am debt free.

What is the best $100 you have recently spent? on What? Why?
My datebook! It has everything already written in and included for the daily must do's I need to accomplish if I want my activity to meet my goal. Squirrel brain here.
What is one piece of software or app that helps you be productive? How do you use it?
Zoom. I use it to connect with my team and give them the support and training they deserve. When we take the time to really listen we can support their goals.
What is the best business book you have read? Why?
You Are a Badass at Making Money: Master the Mindset of Wealth by Jen Sincero.
It got me thinking and believing that I am the person in charge of my life and creating the life I love. And to always laugh.

Gloria Mayfield Banks-to become so positive the negative doesn't come around you!
Training your mind is so important.
What are your thoughts on work-life balance?
Time invested in one area is time away from another, so I choose wisely the things I am going to say yes to.
What are the 3 business lessons you’ve learned so far?
1. Find a coach in the areas of your business that you feel weak in.
2. Trust the process and do it.
3. Everyone has a story, take the time to listen.
What is your workspace like?
I am in love with my office, I have the most luxurious rug and my grown up makeup desk is the stuff little girls dream of!
Last thing you do at the end of your work day?
Go over the next days to do's and make my plan!
What is the one thing you can't leave home without?
Mascara.
What superpower would you love to have to use for good?
The ability to help women know that they are worthy of having anything they desire and are willing to work for.
