Describe your business – Fingerprint Marketing is an award winning, full service, branding, design and marketing agency. We work with busy, successful small business owners who take their marketing and brand seriously. They understand that without marketing and a strong online presence, they have nothing. We've been in business 10 years and have a team of highly vetted team members. Our design services include creating a new logo and brand, a website with solid SEO and marketing. Our clients are too busy to DIY their most important part of their business.

 

What are the stunning results clients/customers get when they hire and work with you? Clients we've helped have doubled their business, opened new locations and grown due to our work with them, won contracts, increased their online pride of their business. 

 

What’s the biggest challenge you ever faced in your business and how did you resolve it? Biggest challenge was growth. We doubled our business in the early days and it was challenging to handle the work. After making a full commitment to a team approach and hiring only the best of the best, we’ve been able to double our business every other year without a misstep and our team is constantly receiving rave reviews. 

 

What’s the one question you wish clients would ask you but they never do? Do I need a business strategy? You have to have this first!! 

 

Best time saving business tool you use? Oh my gosh, I could write a novel. I’m ALL about time saving business tools. I LOVE Toggl, Slack, Evernote and Basecamp. I’d be dead in the water without them. 

 

Current book you are reading? A Happy Pocket Full of Money by David Cameron Gikandi given to me by my dear friend Jessica Butts. 

 

What book do you recommend the most to other entrepreneurs? Essentialism by Greg McKeown. A Must!! 

 

What is the best piece of business advice you’ve ever received and who gave it to you? Do your CEO and money making tasks FIRST, the rest is filler. If you aren’t spending time on the things that directly bring your business money, then you aren’t working smart. Tony Robbins.
